The Plywood & Allied Products Dealers Association of Cochin (PAPA) represents the dynamic and evolving plywood industry in Kerala. Committed to quality, innovation, and sustainability, the association supports local manufacturers, promotes industry standards, and fosters economic growth. By fostering collaboration among stakeholders and driving economic growth, the association plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Kerala’s plywood sector.

The primary objectives of the association are:

  1. Entrust laws and offer comprehensive knowledge to their members regarding their operations hence enhancing their efficiency.
  2. To represent and promote the mutual interest of the sector and its members: by promoting their general idea, commercial interest, in particular, fighting unfair competition.
  3. Providing information and advise to its members.
  4. Advocating for the interest of the members at local, regional and national level by monitoring regulation changes, engaging in policy discussion and lobbying for regulations that favour its member’s benefit. 
  5. By being a collective voice, particularly in influencing policies that impact its member’s business, ensuring a favourable business environment and fair competition.
